This week is a non-CSA week, meaning we fend for ourselves at the farmers market. I picked up asparagus, tangerines, sugar snap peas, persian cucumbers, meyer lemons, onions, navel oranges, ruby red grapefruits, and cilantro. Yes, we like citrus around here.
As an added bonus, my CSA felt bad for leaving a few items out of my bag accidentally last week, so they gave us a mini-bonus-bag this week:
They gave us blood oranges, chard, purple cabbage, and kale.
